MCC – 2305 is a two-pack air drying synthetic heat resistant paint forming a tough coating which provides an excellent resistance to heat and transformer oil and excellent adhesion to the treated and primed metal surface. After complete air drying it gives a tough film which provides a long term protection against mild atmospheric conditions.


MCC – 2305 is used as heat resistant paint for machine components and transformers and also for equipments exposed to high temperature upto to 250oC. It is recommended for the M.S. structures erected for Power transmission. It can also be used for decorative purpose. It is better to apply on an Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer coated surface.


The metallic substrate has to be cleaned as usual to make it free from oil, grease or any sort of contamination. This paint is to be applied after primer coat. However if the substrate is strong enough primer coat can be avoided at the time of application.

15. CLEAN UP : It is good working practice to periodically flush out spray equipment during the course of the working day. Frequency of cleaning will depend upon amount sprayed, temperature and elapsed time, including any delays.
16. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : This product is intended for use only by professional applicator. Use of personal protective equipment and adequate ventilation is recommended during application.
