Metcon MCC – 1107 is a two-component, red oxide based epoxy primer with very good corrosion resistance in mild to moderately corrosive atmospheric conditions. It gives 100% adhesion to the bare metal and treated surface. It is a suitable primer for almost all the topcoats including polyurethane, epoxy, vinyl, acrylic etc.
MCC – 1107 is used as an ideal primer in mild to moderately corrosive marine & industrial atmospheric conditions.
Ensure that the surface is oil and grease free clean and dry. Rust is to be removed or Rust convertor may be applied as a protective measure. Mix base and hardener in the ratio. Allow it to maturate and apply with brush or spray.
