Two-component Polyurethane finish coating provides excellent mar resistance, flexibility, adhesion & scratch hardness etc.
It offers long lasting resistance to acids, alkalies, air borne pollutants, saline water etc. It is suggested to apply on Epoxy or Polyurethane zinc phosphate primed surface. Being aromatic in nature it is preferable for interior application.
Recommended for new equipments and machines. Maintenance of steel structures exposed to heavy chemical spillage & corrosive atmosphere in industrial plants and pharmaceutical units.
The substrate should be clean, dry and free from any chemicals and afterwards primed with Epoxy or PU primer. The base and hardener should be mixed properly in the given ratio. Allow to maturate for 15 – 20 mins as recommended before application. Material can be applied by brush or spray using recommended thinner for dilution.
