MCC – 1112 is a two-component zinc phosphate based epoxy primer with excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion to the bare metal or treated surface. It is a suitable primer for almost all topcoats including Polyurethane, Epoxy, Vinyl, Acrylic, Synthetic & Fast Drying Finish Paint, etc.
MCC – 1112 is used as an ideal primer in moderate to severe corrosive industrial & marine atmospheric conditions.
Ensure that the surface is oil and grease free clean and dry. Rust is to be removed or Rust convertor may be applied as a protective measure. Mix base and hardener in the ratio. Allow it to maturate and apply with brush or spray.
