Metcon MCC 2903 is a modified two-component Polyurethane coating specially formulated for exterior coating where medium chemical resistance, aesthetic appearance along with excellent gloss retention properties are desired. This fast drying coating offers excellent mechanical properties like mar & rub resistance, flexibility, impact resistance, UV resistance, adhesion and scratch hardness. It is suggested to apply on Epoxy Zinc Phosphate based or polyurethane based primer-coated surface.
Recommended for new equipments and machineries, Automotive coatings and protection against corrosive atmospheric conditions in Industrial environment.
The substrate should be clean, dry and free from any chemicals and afterwards primed with Epoxy or PU primer. The base and hardener should be mixed properly in the given ratio. Allow to maturate for 15 – 20 mins as recommended before application. Material can be applied by brush or spray using recommended thinner for dilution.
